AN INTERVIEW WITH DICK CHENEY AT CFR HEADQUARTERS

This is a fictional interview of former Vice President Dick Cheney from last week held in a private meeting room in the Council of Foreign Relations offices in New York City. I've often wondered what men of his stature and experience would tell us if they would speak the absolute truth. Of course since this is fictional I can only surmise what he might say. However, perhaps from this interview we can gain some insight into the workings of those who wield immense power in the world. The interview was wide ranging and covered many world events, however I'm sharing what he had to say about his views of humanity and why he became who he is.

I first met Dick Cheney (fact) when he was a Congressman from Wyoming in 1985. I was then working for the Freemen Institute. We discussed a book, The Naked Communist and he declared to me it was the truth. The Naked Communist revealed, among other things, that western bankers heavily invested in the 1917 Communist revolution in Russia. Shortly after our discussion Cheney became a member of the Council on Foreign Relations (fact).

Dick Cheney has had a remarkable political career and is still active behind the scenes in national and international politics. In fact he is an advisor to Vice President Mike Pence, while at the same time we know Henry Kissinger has been advising President Trump. Cheney began his political career as Chief of Staff under President Nixon and then served under President Ford. He was a US Congressman from the state of Wyoming from 1979 to 1989. He served as Secretary of Defense under President George H.W. Bush, was chairman of the Haliburton Corporation from 1995-2000, and then became what many consider to be the most powerful Vice President in US History serving with President George W. Bush for two terms starting in 2001. He oversaw Operation Desert Storm and then was in place for 9/11 and the subsequent Global War on Terrorism. Cheney has a bit of a twisted reality in that he sees all outside forces as potential enemies and at times over reacts to these perceived threats. His go-to solution: military action. No wonder the military-industrial complex loves him.

We'll jump right into the middle of the interview. Remember, he is telling us the unedited, blunt, truth. Of course due to the limited nature of Steemit this is only a portion of the interview.

THE INTERVIEW

Me: Former President Bush is quoted in a new book "The Last Republicans", that you and then Secretary of Defense, Donald Rumsfeld, didn't make, and I quote, " ...one f..king decision" while he was President. Is that the truth?

Cheney: With all due respect one of our biggest jobs with President Bush was to make sure he didn't drool on himself in public. He really wasn't too bright. He may seem to recall he made all the decisions, but the truth of the matter was that Rumsfeld and I managed to steer him to those decisions.

Me: I'm only going to ask one question regarding 9/11 then I'll be moving on if that's OK with you. (Cheney nods in agreement). Many experts now agree that the destruction of the Trade Towers on 9/11 was a false flag event, that it was an inside job designed to move America and its allies into the Global War on Terrorism. Are they correct?

Cheney: There is a long silent moment as Cheney stares at me with dark eyes and a very solemn expression and responds with, "Yes, that would be correct."

Me: Thank you Mr. Cheney for that forthright answer. When I first met you in 1985 you were considered to be a very conservative Republican, and then you joined the CFR and became part of the Establishment. Why did you change?

Cheney: I am still very conservative. But I came to realizations at that time that it was necessary to coordinate our national objectives within a larger framework of international goals and systems.

Me: And what goals were those, Mr. Cheney?

Cheney: The world has become very complex. It was essential for peace and prosperity and the continued dominance of Western economies that a new world order be established. The ideal was a one world government. I saw the great vision in that and aided in that objective where I could. I still do.

Me: And how has that progressed?

Cheney: We've had a few bumps in the road. But that is to be expected, such a thing as this has never truly been attempted. You must understand that the best and brightest minds from around the world meet in this very room. We have charted a course we'd like to see fulfilled, however, there are always unforeseen challenges, challenges we can overcome. There will be world events that will provide us the opportunity to manifest our plans. For instance, we are not against an economic collapse or emergency. This will allow us the opportunity to install a one-world currency. A one-world banking system. We started plans for this 40 years ago.

Me: But what of the American people who believe the United States should remain an independent, sovereign nation? (Mr. Cheney seems to get a bit irritated by this question.)

Cheney: Listen, no politician can say this publicly but the American public are fools. Just consider the fact that half of all the adults in the country who are eligible to vote, don't vote. Half! And of those who do vote most don't have a clue about real issues and can be easily swayed. I mean, for God's sakes, President Carter, got elected because he taught Sunday School at one time and had a great smile! Unknown.jpeg

Me: Yes, I remember that. In other words your saying...

Cheney: I'm saying that elections are based on emotions, not fact, not issues, not character. Emotions. Listen, I'm going to destroy the fantasy of democracy. There is no democracy. The vast majority of people here in the US, and in every other country want to be led, to be told what to do, to be taken care of, to be given a job. That's it. That's democracy. And it's not going to change. People believe in the illusion of leadership by elected officials, but as you know, it is simply an illusion. There is what some refer to as a shadow government. At least in the West.

Me: You and Dr. Kissinger represent that shadow government to the current administration?

Cheney: Yes, you could say that. But there are many others.

Me: You have little or no faith in the common man governing themselves then?

Cheney: I have no faith in the common man governing themselves. This is not my opinion. Just look at history. This is human nature. It's the 1% rule if you will. This is why I joined the CFR...the country needed leadership and I could help provide that. I had and still have a larger vision than who should be using what restroom and wether or not Trump had an affair.

Me: One percent rule?

Cheney: Yes, if you look at any institution or organization... I don't care if it's the PTA or the Boy Scouts, or Wells Fargo Bank there will always be a 1% that rules or governs, about 3% that are top level administrators who make sure things get done, and another 10 to 20% who manage. The rest are just regular folks. Nothing against these folks it's just the way it is. They do what they are told.

Me: So you believe movements like the Libertarians and anarcho-capitalists are doomed?

Cheney: The Libertarians and the anarcho what's? No, I truly do like former Congressman Ron Paul, for example, but he was and remains very naive. But these guys (Libertarians and anarchists) provide a perfect example of what I am talking about. Ron Paul based his Presidential campaign on issues and policy. And what did he achieve? Nothing. Absolutely nothing. Oh sure, he had a bit of a response from the public but not enough to change the price of a cup of coffee.

Just one thing more. The public mind can be...managed, molded, directed.

Me: How so, Mr. Cheney?

Cheney: We use the media and academia as entry points for instituting trending public policy. For instance, the concept of a one-world government is preceded very nicely by the social acceptance of oneness. Just go to any millennials Facebook page and you'll see reference to this: "We are all One." Peace. Fairness. Diversity. Political correctness. I'm telling you it is a primitive function of tribal thought to all be the same. The public is being homogenized, but they would do it on their own anyway. We just bump them in the right direction. When the day comes to institute a one world government, preceded first by an international currency, it will seem as natural to them as anything.

And that's where we will leave it today. Of course we covered issues like the Middle East, Korea, Russia, China's military growth, and even Venezuela. Perhaps in another post I'll share Cheney's thoughts on those topics.

However we expect a response from the Libertarians and anarcho-capitalists very soon and hope to publish that within days. They tell me there will be a renaissance of individual responsibility that has already begun. I, for one, look forward to hearing their thoughts.

Final Note: there is a reason for this post right now. We are going to investigate the impact of blockchain technology and the fascinating idea of a move to higher consciousness and how that will impact the plans of the Elite to enforce their domination of the world. Stay tuned.

Sort:

This was a fun and insightful read. I would have to argue though that oneness and diversity don’t speak to the same idea. Oneness is a spiritual idea (not physical) and diversity is a physical idea (as in increased resiliency through biodiversity). So I don’t see anything there related to this, but otherwise, yes, this is what has been happening. Meanwhile everyone is too busy fighting over values issues to see the big foot about to squash them and their opponents alike.

Good to see your comment @indigoocean. Didn't know you'd be interested or aware of this sort of thing. Hope your move is going well and that you will keep us informed about it.

I may have to go into the post and revise some bits about the Oneness thing. I will attempt to clear it up. Thanks for the input. Blessings.

helpful article

Glad it helped.

Great work @mistermercury

Why would he openly discuss these topics? He must be very confident that what he reveals will not change their plan?

What are your thoughts of the man. I know that in order to make a change you need to give a little (not that I think a little would suffice to be included in this case) to be part of the movement but don't you think he has sold his soul? Sure sounds like it but it might just be my pessimistic point of view.

You don't perhaps have a video of the interview. Suspense is killing me : ) and you get more of a feel of emotions with the words.

From what I know of Cheney (a little first hand experience, and from what I have gathered from others) he is not necessarily paranoid, but he definitely sees the world as either "enemies" or "friends". The world to him is full of threats. His first choice when confronted with enemies is to call out the troops. He is very pro-military. I also think he has been used. He thinks he is the "shit" but in reality he is just another tool, though a very powerful one. I found it fascinating that he is Pence's advisor. Pence himself is similar to Cheney... see's many threats. As for Cheney selling his soul? I think, rather, he fell for the great ego trip and the rewards of power all the time thinking he was doing the right thing.

He thinks he is the "shit"

Every person I told over here about you interviewing him said. "Cheney! Big Dick Cheney!? Says a lot about his ego.

Thanks for the info @mistermercury

ALright, you got me with that reference..."over here". What is over here? Some clandestine community of intelligent people who are going to change the world?

Haha! Over here in South Africa.

Oh, that's right. One thing about Steemit is that we communicate with people all over the world. Sometimes I forget where "home" is for some folks.

I can imagine. If you talk to all ranks from Big Dick Cheney to little old (not old) me in South Africa then you must be keeping busy! : )

Ja, wel, Dag Hoor! And trust me I'd rather share life with you than with Dick. He is lost...at least for now.

I have noticed you have see the recent post by @positivesynergy. Another great one you might have missed is one by @vieira. The link here

Yes, saw the two posts. Familiar with both of them. Blessings.

Nicely put together. Just glad in your fictional account he did not invite you to go hunting with him.

Cheney took guns from airplane pilots for 911, some seem to say.

Good publication!

I'm not so sure that the blockchain is necessarily harmful to them, in fact I wrote about the possible dark side of the Bitcoin.
