Will "Red Flag Laws" Be Used to Confiscate Guns from Militias and Patriots?

These unconstitutional Red Flag Laws are supported by both Democrats and Republicans because they allow for the confiscation of guns from those whose free speech includes "dangerous" ideas, such as warning others they are prepared to defend themselves, as in this Oregon case -

My question is how different is an expression of being prepared to attack a tyrannical government with arms? Wouldn't such a statement sound "dangerous", alarm those in power, and justify a Red Flag Law gun confiscation, even though the 2nd amendment provides for an armed populace to defend against tyranny?
