The Clinton Crime Family Breakdown: Part II- The Giustra Connection

For anyone unfamiliar with Frank Giustra, he's a Canadian mining and media tycoon who fancies himself a philanthropist... although his philanthropy is of the same questionable sort as the CF. In fact in many ways and in many co-sponsored initiatives they are inseparable. Giustra is one of the founders of Lionsgate Films as well as the Radcliffe Foundation and the Elpida Home for Refugees among many other ventures primarily in mining and forestry. He was also very heavily involved in the Uranium One deal and less than ethical ventures. A good source on the relationship between the Clinton's and Giustra is Peter Schweizer's documentary movie, Clinton Cash. (I'll leave a link at the end) One of the issues covered by the movie is the serendipitous meeting between Sec. of State Hillary Clinton and Bill and Frank Giustra who just happened to be in Bogota at the same time. After a dinner with the outgoing President of Columbia, Giustra's company got a lease to clearcut a huge swath of Columbia's rainforest for the exotic hardwoods (which were sold to China). The CF naturally got a sizable donation. Giustra, it should be noted, is also on the Board of Directors of the Clinton Foundation.
Another thing that must be taken into consideration when examining these intertwined foundations is the manner in which they do business- not necessarily how they're structured- but how they interact financially. When it comes to the CF and their diaspora the old saying "all roads lead to Rome" comes to mind. The Clintons are experts at playing both ends to the middle... they profit from all parties involved, a strategy employed by the Obama administration. Here's an example: Obama sends a plane full of cash to Iran. The Ayatollahs take their share and deposit the rest in untraceable bank accounts around the world and the funds wind up back in the hands of the Obama administration and their allies. This mirrors the CF model.
Clinton-Giustra Enterprise Partnership
In 2007, Giustra and Bill Clinton cofound a Canadian offshoot of the Clinton Foundation called the Clinton Giustra Enterprise Partnership (CGEP). It will later be alleged that this is a “slush fund” allowing foreigners to donate money indirectly to the Clinton Foundation in the hopes of getting favorable treatment from the Clintons.
Canadian mining financier Frank Giustra formed a company called Pacific Rubiales Energy Corp. for business in Colombia. From 2005, former President Bill Clinton arranges a series of meetings between Giustra and Colombian President Alvaro Uribe, in which Clinton is frequently present. In 2007, Clinton even meets Uribe and Giustra at the Clintons’ home in Chappaqua, New York. Also in 2007, Pacific Rubiales signs a $300 million deal to build a pipeline in central Colombia, gains control of Colombia’s largest oilfield, and acquires the right to cut timber in a biologically diverse Colombian forest. Giustra will later insist that was purely coincidental, and he has traveled frequently with Bill Clinton without business deals. (Clinton has flown for free on Giustra’s private jet at least 25 times.) But Bloomberg News will later note, “Giustra’s globe-trotting adventures with Bill Clinton have coincided with lucrative business deals.”
This was only the beginning of the Clinton/Giustra business dealings with the Colombian president. During the 2008 Democratic Presidential Primary both candidates, Obama and HRC opposed a trade deal with Colombia... yet:
In June 2010, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, her husband former President Bill Clinton, and Canadian mining financier Frank Giustra meet with Colombian President Alvaro Uribe in Colombia. Giustra has developed business ties worth hundreds of millions of dollars in Colombia after repeated meetings with Uribe and Bill Clinton. Giustra also has donated tens of millions of dollars to the Clinton Foundation. Uribe has been widely criticized for human rights abuses. Subsequently:
She also publicly supports the US trade deal, a deal which would greatly benefit Giustra and other US investors in Colombia. In 2011, workers for the Giustra-owned Pacific Rubiales company in Colombia go on strike. There are allegations they are forced to live and work in “concentration camp-like” conditions. However, the Colombian military uses force and breaks the strike. By this time, Giustra has donated $130 million to the Clinton Foundation.
Uranium One
The Uranium One (U1) is a perfect example of the CF business model as is the relationship between Giustra's Radcliffe Foundation and HSBC- only some of the names and locations differ. U1 began in 2005 when good friends Bill Clinton and Frank Giustra go to Kazakhstan as part of an AIDS/HIV project. However, there is no AIDS/HIV problem in the country. Kazakhstan sits on about 20% of the world's uranium deposits and Frank Giustra "owned UrAsia, a small – and newly formed – uranium company that was seeking to purchase lucrative uranium reserves in Kazakhstan." The President of Kazakhstan was a brutal dictator named Nazarbayev who had a heinous human rights record. So, true to character, Bill gives him a humanitarian award and lavishes praises on him for his human rights record and Giustra gets the rights to mine uranium. (The CF gets $13 million)
Giustra then opens U1, a Canadian company and appoints Ian Telfer CEO. Everybody pretty much knows the rest of the story- Sec. of State HRC lobbies for approval for the sale of 20% of America's uranium reserves to Rosatom, the Russian state-owned nuclear power company. The CF gets somewhere in the neighborhood of $145 million. Bill gets a couple of very lucrative speaking engagements in Canada for Salida Capital (linked to Rosatom) and in Russia for Renaissance Capital (Linked to GRU/KGB)... just another day at the office at the CF. It's difficult to discern exactly where the donations came from because of Canadian law (explained in the next segment)
The Radcliffe Foundation & HSBC
The Radcliffe Foundation (RF) was launched in 2007 as part of the Giustra Foundation... conveniently it came about at about the same time as Mr. Giustra became friends with Bill Clinton. Since its inception the RF has become an instrumental mechanism for funneling money into the CF... first the money goes to Radcliffe and then to the CF because under Canada law there is no mandate to list donors...
Many of you will be asking : why are all these Canadian charities being used to donate to the Clinton Foundation? Why is Canada important?
Simple - in Canada, there is no legal obligation for charities to report the source of donations. So when Congress asked Frank Giustra in 2015, to reveal the identity of donors whose money had then been donated to the Clinton Foundation via his Canadian charities, he refused.
How many donors are we talking about? 10? 20? 100?
No. 1,100 donors.
Yes - you DID read that right. The identities of more than a THOUSAND donors to the Clinton Foundation, whose money was channeled through the Giustra controlled ‘charities’, were hidden.
See how it works? Once the donor is hidden, the source of the money is, as well. It just becomes a charitable donation to the Clinton Foundation, from Canada, that happens to coincide with a favor from Clinton cronies in Congress or, when she was Secretary of State, Hillary herself.
Once 'inside' the Clinton Foundation, it's relatively straightforward to mix the funds with legitimate donations - and then disburse it to the Clintons.
These financial arrangements between Giustra's foundation and the CF are at least in part assisted by HSBC, the preferred bank of money launderers worldwide. The HBSC connection also adds some more characters to the mix, such as James Comey, who was CEO at one time and Robert Mueller (But I'm sure this has nothing to do with why they couldn't find any evidence against Hillary and her 30,000 missing emails- just a coincidence). Some other notable FOB's (Friends of Bill) with HSBC ties, in addition to Giustra, are Jeffery Epstein "the hedge fund manager and convicted sex offender who once flew the former president on his private jet for charity events in Africa." Before naming others it should be noted that the HSBC "slush fund" amounts to over $81 million in donations from these donors... these are not included in the 1100 mentioned before.
The identities of Clinton supporters who banked with HSBC in Geneva are contained in internal bank data leaked by a HSBC computer expert turned whistleblower, Hervé Falciani.
The total sum donated by Giustra is unknown but could be significantly more than the minimum $50m the foundation indicates comes from his foundations, including the Vancouver-based Radcliffe Foundation.
He is on the record as having donated $31.1m to the foundation in 2007 and, later that year, pledged a $100m commitment to tackling poverty in conjunction with the Clinton foundation. Giustra’s generosity has earned him unique access to Bill Clinton, making him one of an elite handful of philanthropists who have accompanied the former president for overseas charity events.
Then there is Epstein:
Another is Epstein, the wealthy financier who was jailed for 13 months in 2008 for soliciting sex with underage girls. The HSBC files show Epstein connected to several Geneva accounts, one of which was in his own name and contained $3.5m.
Epstein, who reportedly keeps much of his wealth in the US Virgin Islands, where he owns a private island, did not respond to multiple requests for comment about his HSBC Geneva accounts.
Another client of HSBC Geneva to donate to the Clinton foundation is Denise Rich, the ex-wife of the late billionaire and commodities trader Marc Rich, who fled to Switzerland in 1983 after being indicted by US authorities for tax evasion, fraud and racketeering. Mark Rich was was controversially granted a presidential pardon by Bill Clinton just hours before the former president left office in 2001. Rich was Bill Clinton's money laundering mentor it appears.
Just more pay for play. HSBC seems to be just another slush fund for wealthy CF donors, an alternative to the "Canadian route" provided by Giustra's Radcliffe Foundation. The importance of the ties between Giustra's foundation and the CF is that money from "questionable" donors never appears on any American records and anyone who takes the time to watch Clinton Cash knows that there's no shortage of those.
Elpida Refugee Home
Another joint venture between Clinton and Giustra is the Elpida Home which recently moved from Canada to Greece. Cofounded by Clinton/Gore campaign worker Amed Khan (who worked on both the 92 and 96 campaigns), the home has been beset with allegations of abuse. This photo showing the "boy lover" symbol was in part responsible...
And finally, we come to the subject of this post and video. Two people who worked on the ground at Elpida are co-founder Amed Khan and project manager Mike Zuckerman. Khan is a former employee of the '92 and '96 Clinton/Gore campaigns before getting involved in the International Rescue Committee. Zuckerman is a self-described cultural hacker that works to re-imagine urban spaces in order make them more organized and efficient. He is a member of the Institute for the Future. Both the International Rescue Committee and the Institute for the Future partner with the Rockefeller Foundation and have members (Katharine Farley and Berit Ashla, respectively) who are tied to other Rockefeller interests (Rockefeller University and Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisers, respectively). I also linked Institute for the Future partner, Humana, to Doug Band, another one of Bill Clinton's close associates. Band and Clinton used Band's company Teneo to help sell America's interests via Hillary's State Department. When you consider Khan and Zuckerman's ties to Rockefeller interests, along with those concerning the Clinton/Giustra/Band alliance, you begin to realize something that is getting close to the truth: that wealthy families really are setting up foundations, charitable missions, and refugee camps around the very people that were displaced by the wars they had a hand in starting*. Not only that, they now expect that these charitable endeavors, ought to be profitable so they don't have to donate to them year after year!
According to this article there are also ties to the Rockefeller Foundation. This Voat post also contains more information and videos showing the Elpida links to sexual abuse and trafficking. I don't want to get too far down the Pizzagate rabbit hole here except to say that birds of a feather flock together. A deeper dive into the HSBC involvements- particularly in reference to Mueller and Comey- may prove interesting.
