NATIONAL EMERGENCY

On the evening of January 8, 2019, President Donald Trump delivered a report to the American people regarding the crisis at the American southern border.

The facts reported by the president included:
a description of vicious murders of Americans by illegal aliens.

The number of Americans killed by DWI illegal alien derivers.

President Trump reminded Americans of the horrendous drug deaths resulting from lethal drugs being smuggled over our southern border.
The President also discussed the number of felonies committed by illegal aliens.
And he reminded Americans that the presence of legal alien depressed the wages of
African Americans and Latino citizens.

Notwithstanding the forgoing, President Trump stated that he strongly favors legal immigration.

Immediately after President Trump’s talk to the American public, the cadaverous skinned Pelosi and lime- ball Schumer (the appearance of this looked like American gothic revisited) gave a rebuttal in which they brazenly declared that there is no real problem, and that they will not provide even one dollar for border security.
Then the Detestable Duo demand that republicans and President Trump pass their “kick the can down the road” appropriation bill and trust them to negotiate this matter of border security in “good faith” at some late time.
Trust these Dour Double- crossers?

America and the president should not trust thee worthless pieces of Do Do to do anything fairly or in “good faith” at any time.
Only their commitment to die eventually (Which is a Biological eventual certainty) is about the only good thing that these pieces of Do-Do can be sure of doing for the benefit of the American public.

As far as budget demands of Pelosi and Schumer, President Trump should assure these clowns that not one dollar of taxpayer money should ever be allocated for California or New York.
There is no reason why any taxpayer money of other states should go to replace money flushed down a political sewer, by politicians in those states, in their blatant to buy votes from illegal aliens.
The fact that those states may now have real financial needs is not a reason for taxpayers in other states to duffer, rather those needs should be a stark reminder to the citizens of those states that there is a serious price to pay for the political stupidity of their local politicians.

If California Governor, Gavin Newsom, wants to provide free medical care to illegal aliens, let him pay the cost of that attempt to ensure his own political power, (i.e. Let him pay that cost of that stupidity)
out of his own money (after all, he is a rich guy)

The Rock throwing on the Border.

American media has shown videotape of American Border guards being pelted by rock throwing violent migrants.

The ultra- liberals argue that this is no big deal, the migrants are not shooting guns, they are only throwing rocks.

We should remember that David killed Goliath with a single rock.

During biblical times people were horribly killed by being stoned to death.

The crazies of ISIS believe that non-believers be stoned to death.
Stones can be, and are, lethal weapons.

This point should be made abundantly clear by authorizing American border guards to shoot to kill to defend themselves against such potentially lethal attack by warrior stone throwing migrants.
That would be real border security.
Signs should be posted in Mexico warning that attempts to stone American Border patrol agent will be met with deadly force.

If democrats or uber-liberals should continue their ridiculous demand that “border Security” be limited to only barbed wire fencing, American agents should electrify that fence with a lethal charge of current,

Of course signs located on the other side of the fence should warn migrants of this lethal risk.

In this way the Democrats and the uber-liberals can pride themselves that they stopped the “immoral” and “ineffective” wall which they themselves voted in favor of in years preceding the presidency of Donald J. Trump

The Secure Fence Act of 2006, was passed by a republican Congress and signed into law by George E Bush. This law authorized about 70 miles of fencing along our southern border and authorized vehicle barrios, checkpoints, lighting, and advanced technologies (such as satellites and drones) Then senators Obama, Clinton and Schumer plus 23 other democrats voted in favor of this act which passed the Senate on a vote of 80 in favor and only 18 opposed.
The Secure Fence Act called for the Department of Homeland Security to oversee the construction of at least two layers of reinforced fencing along the border to stop illegal migration into the United States.

It has been argued effectively that the differences between a wall and a fence is primarily semantic, since both block people.
One might ask these democrats what has changed to make a barrier “immoral” and “Ineffective” since all of these Democrats authorized the expenditure to erect a barrier to prevent illegal migration in 2006.

Since the Despicable Duo is so despoiled, President Trump should declare that a National Emergency exists, but he should take no immediate action pursuant to that declaration
The National Emergencies Act (50 USC. Ch.34became law in1976
That law authorizes the President to activate emergency provisions of law via an emergency declaration and notifying Congress

The emergency powers granted to the president are wide-ranging and include among many other things:
Authorizing and constructing any unauthorized construction, and using any existing defense appropriations for any military constructions.

President Trump should make the Declaration of the Emergency stating the specifics of the emergency.
He should then deliver that declaration to Congress.

President Trump should not immediately take any action pursuant to that declaration to address the Emergency.
Some of the “impeach Trump crowd” hopes to make the claim that the president would be illegally usurping power denied to him by law, by his utilization of the broad powers provided by that law.

However

Congress would have to provide a written disagreement to the specific facts recited in the Emergency Declaration. In fact. the president should demand a statement of disagreement if Democrats begin to voice disagreement.

In this way the president would be pre-positioned to take action to address the emergency.

Probably, the ACLU or other dumb Democrat sycophants will hustle to their favorite judge de jure seeking an injunction, thereby allowing the President to consolidate his Declaration of Emergency with an affirmatives ruling from the supreme court.

Thereafter, the President would have “bullet-proof” authority to take whatever actions, which he believes is appropriate to respond to the emergency.
This would put enormous pressure on Pelosi and Schumer because it would terminate their bargaining position

Now they might be able to negotiate on DACA and/or on spending goodies (infrastructure projects or disaster relief) for their base, but after a Supreme Court decision upholding the Emergency Declaration Nancy and Chuckie have nothing.

Can the president state facts to support the case for the Declaration for a National Emergency.

Compare the problems recited by the president during his talk with the American public with other National Emergencies:

The number of Americans reported killed during the 1941 Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor was 2,403
The number of Americans reported killed during the Korean War was 36,000
The number of Americans reported killed during the Viet Namm War was 58,220

The number of Americans reported killed on 9/11 was 3,000.
The number of dead and drug addicted because of the crisis on the southern border (including migrants themselves) is approaching those numbers, with another 17,000 reported to be organizing for yet another Caravan.
Of course the crisis on our southern border constitutes a National Emergency.
