A Las Vegas man lost his vision, became partially paralyzed and has been unable to breathe without assistance since getting a flu shot last month.

Shane Morgan and his wife Monique decided to get flu shots on November 2, believing it would help protect them and young family members ahead of the busy holiday season.

But what they thought was a pro-active measure turned to horror when Shane began losing feeling in his arms and legs.

“About 36-hours after he got the flu shot he started to get sick,” Monique explained to KSNV.

Pretty sad to hear a perfectly healthy person have a serious reaction to the flu shot. He's recovered a lot from being in ICU and on ventilator but still has some nerve damage from the shot.

Isn't the flu shot safe and effective though? I mean that's all you hear from the ad campaigns that the flu shot is this wonderful thing.

Despite Shane’s horrific vaccine injury, a Nevada health official interviewed by KSNV still encouraged people to get the flu shot, saying Guillain-Barré Syndrome is a “rare” condition.

Guillain-Barré Syndrome, or GBS, has also been reported in patients who received the whooping cough (pertussis) vaccine, Gardasil (HPV), and M-M-R II injections, to name a few.

I love how the medical industry has these fancy names for diseases that aren't actually diseases at all. In this case this man's GBS appears to be the result of a side effect from taking the flu shot. Calling it GBS and not a vaccine side effect is masking the actual problem.

Glad the local media is talking about this and bring these rare side effects to the public's attention.

I also wonder if the flu shot is causing all these polio like symptoms in these kids we keep hearing about in the news.

CDC confirms 116 cases of polio-like illness this year

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention so far this year has confirmed 116 cases of acute flaccid myelitis, a rare but serious disease that can cause polio-like paralysis.

These 116 confirmed cases, out of a total of 286 possible cases reported to the CDC, have spanned 31 states. Last year, the CDC counted 33 confirmed cases in 16 states.

Coincidence these polio like cases are popping up right in the beginning of flu shot season?

Acute flaccid myelitis affects gray matter in the spinal cord, causing muscles and reflexes to become weak and sometimes paralyzed.

Sounds similar to what this man was suffering from. In fact, the kid in this picture looks like he's hooked up to the same stuff as this man. Considering that vaccine makers have liability protection from the US government and big pharma has no real incentive to produce high quality vaccines. I'd be willing to bet there's a bad batch of flu shot out there causing severe reactions and the CDC is just quietly covering it up for their pals in big pharma.
