Pretty much the whole point of bitcoin's existence is to eliminate this problem by creating a "trustless" P2P network that flattens parasitic hierarchy.

If individuals naturally have authority to effect their lives, at their sole option, as a result of being born naturally, then voluntarily granting representatives our sovereign authority to act revokes that personal authority. I am aware of no concept that lawfully imputes sovereign authority over another person failing voluntary delegation, other than literal crimes against humanity consisting of human trafficking.
You, I, and everyone else has the authority to effect living in meatspace, due to being born in a meatsack. With authority comes responsibility, and delegating responsibility also delegates authority.
Delegating authority is accepting slavery, unless that authority can be revoked at will. Since we are not offered reasonable mechanisms of revocation at will and our sole option we are not offered any choice by extant government but slavery. Any other choice by any 'citizen' is considered criminal by every extant government AFAIK.
To my understanding, this is proof that 1) government is slavery. 2) taxation is theft. 3) freedom is a crime in every nation.
The only rational response to these facts is acting to effect personal sovereignty knowing slavers consider you their property, and will use deadly force to prevent escape. Given the universal imposition of slavery in all jurisdictions on Earth, every means of effecting personal sovereignty is lawful, including dissembling and posing as a nescient slave; voting for representatives less evil than other choices, and every means of preventing slavers from reducing you to physical possession - jail, or prison, in other words - having your property seized via taxation, or any other imposition on your personal sovereignty.
There will always be excuses for laziness, and those that seek to make it impossible to effect our personal authority via myriad mechanisms. The former is reasonable grounds for considering an individual having abnegated their sovereignty and accepted slavery, and the latter is at least evidence of attempted crime against humanity; human trafficking.
Regardless of how I feel about it, this appears to be a rational assessment of extant conditions on Earth.
Therefore execution of DLT technology is a lawful attempt to enforce our personal sovereignty against criminals intent on human trafficking, as it seeks to employ our authority absent permission from would be overlords.
