His and Hers vegan protein shakes
Normally we can maintain ourselves with our everyday meals. Sometimes when we are putting our bodies under and extra work load we crank it up a bit.
After our new protein powder came in the mail, we had to give it a go.
Today's shake
Sprouted brown rice protein
Almond milk
Water
Vanilla
Cinnamon
Tumeric
Peanut butter
Banana
Oats
After we ran that through our Ninja blender...it went down smooth.
