The Act of Giving - A Rare Virtue
Today I am going to address the act of GIVING and the BENEFIT attached to it
Giving is a virtue, a rare one. It takes a good heart and a sympathetic heart to give.
Giving is the second thing which doesn't have conditions to getting blessed in the Bible.
"IT SAYS GIVE AND YOU SHALL RECEIVE" A very simple task but difficult to execute.
Some people in the world commit suicide because if poverty and inability to eat or gain shelter.
Some people out there in the world are going through tough and difficult times
Some people are in the hospital and can't even pay their bills
Some people don't have where to sleep and what to it.
This is as a result of probably bad economic situation or bad leadership in a country.
It is true that some people are not ready to work and make money. But what of the children out there ? Those children who their parents ran away and failed to perform their responsibilities? Are we going to let those children suffer for the sins of their parents? Are we going to watch those children die of hunger and do nothing about it?
It is true that money is scarce and hard to get but from the little we have we should always learn to give.
The little money, food , clothes or shelter you give to the less privilege can put a smile on their faces and can even safe a life from suicide.
I want us to develop the habit of giving.
Giving is does not expect anything in return from man but definitely God Almighty will double your income.
I have been following @prettyjules158 posts and I am really impressed with her giving spirit. Giving has become a habit to her and it motivates me to give the little I can to people around me.
