DON'T WORRY
Life is too short for one to worry over something that could drain him of the few years he has got. Why worry when you have enough reasons to be happy. The best thing you have got is life. This gives you an advantage over the dead.

Do you know someone wished he could have had just one day or hours to live in order to make things right? just a day or hours could have made a difference in his life.
The dead are useless but the living can still do many things. There are countless chances and opportunities for the living than the dead.
Everything ceases when you breath your last breath and so make use of every opportunity to enjoy life to the full.

Why worry yourself to death with the limited time you have on earth, it is the most useless thing to do. You change nothing when you worry, rather you consume your time and energy.
sometimes I watch the birds of the air and how they move about freely. I don't think they even get worried for a moment. Their food are always available, they are already clothed with feathers and already possessed the ability to fly. They never go hungry because they rely on their creator(God) and so there is nothing to worry.

If we can have rely on our creator who can supply us everything we need we will always enjoy every moment of our life just like the birds of the air. God has even blessed us more than them yet we sometimes limit His power when we begin to worry.
God is able to do exceedingly and abundantly above all that we can think or ask. Just depend on Him and there will be no place for worry.

Most people become hypertensive at the age of 30 years. In the previous years, hypertension was seen to be the disease of the aged. Now, the youth have it. It all boils down to us worrying over too many trivial things. Dalai Lama States it clearly here
I love what you have share General @tj4real, thank you. Worry does nothing to our life than draining us and eventually killing us.
You see @collinz , Jesus adviced us in the Bible not to worry ourselves about what we will eat or drink or wear and that we should even see the birds of the air , they do not have a father but they are given food to eat every day of their lives
The bible says that we by worrying add not even a single hair to our head .meaning there is no sense in that

Great post by all standards and you always have something special to share with steemians and I am very impressed with your hardwork. I believe that worrying too much will not solve any problem at all. I used to be very worried until I realized that without God all is possible and if I trust in him to deliver me from my affliction.
