The Soul Gym

Life can get tough and hard sometimes, or should I say sometimes just a lot harder than usual. Trying to achieve everything to survive while trying to outrun the hands on the clock can become very tiring and extremely exhausting to say the least.

All the running around to tick of the boxes society has set for us does not only drain you physically but will empty even the deepest part of your soul. I can be physically tired and still miraculously pull through a muddy pit of water with power I did not even no I had. But how? I wonder...

’Mind over matter’ or like I tend to think... soul power! Being positive and strong does not come from having strong muscle but from very deep within.

Keeping your soul strong and rejuvenated needs exercise just like your body needs exercise. The only difference is that your soul workout won’t let you sweat as much. The soul needs fresh air, the beauty of nature, your bare feet to touch the green grass in the park or just to sit and watch the waves of the ocean roll in.

Making time in your busy schedule to get to your soul gym is unbelievably important to living a healthy and balanced life. Having a healthy soul and spirit will definitely inspire the body to follow in the same way.
