Day 3 / 368 What Aren't You Insured For?
1 Year Ago - 0$ made, 0 events held, 0 products designed, 0 twerkflows (templates or workflows) made. Finding life insurance as a requirement to get my business loan through community dev. office.
Today - $6,642 made, 16 events held, 5 products designed, 42 twerkflows made. Prepping for event number 17 (at a new partner location - The Yoga Chapple in Stratford.)
It's a strange feeling to be worth more dead than alive. Generally only confronted with this idea when we're face-to-face with an insurance policy carrying some fat payout. It's a fallacy though. Any dollar amount that is triggered to payout in event of your death or dismemberment can't be weighed against all the things a living and ambulatory you would create going into the future. All the people you will touch. All the pain you will both create and alleviate. All the value and torture that you bring knowingly and unknowingly to yourself and to the people around you. You only have to dig just under the surface of this initial reaction to see that no insurance payout is worth the disruption to your pursuits.
Which means we are all under-insured.
