An old web developer coming back to the crypto community

Hello everyone, and thank you for coming to read about me, @aliendev. I am a family man living in the ​Austin area of Texas. I am a career web developer and product manager. Over the years, I have supported most roles in IT including running a data center, phone switches, etc as well as built, expanded, supported various systems like an Oracle database, Sharepoint, CMSs, and to many other things to list. It's easier to say that I tend not to shy away from technology and I'll do what it takes and learn what I need to, to get problems solved and hurdles cleared to achieve my goals and deadlines.

In my spare time,​ I like to take pictures, spend time with my family, play video games, and geek out on some new technology or product manager practices. I guess it may be clear, I also like to write. Technically speaking, a large portion of my day is spent tapping keys either writing code, documenting, planning, retrospective thinking, or just communicating with others.

In the past, I spent a little bit of time learning about Bitcoin and mining and had a pretty interesting setup running off a Raspberry Pi. I have recently found my way back into the path of crypto and have decided that I want to do more with it and be a bigger part of the community. I have been meeting folks for the last few weeks that have been around Steem and this community and it has gotten me very excited about crypto again.

So, alas, here I am and I am excited to do more. I want to dive deeper into the community and be a part of making a difference. I seriously believe in crypto​ and where it is going and of course Steem and what they are doing. So now, in conclusion,​ I will offer myself to the community. If anyone has any projects they are working on that could use a set of hands building up their website, taking a look at user experience, maybe some search engine optimization, or even some product managment, feel free to shoot me a message.
