Holaa amigos de steemit, como estan? Esta soy yo, Carolina Lozada . Vengo a presentarle un estilo de vida, sano y lleno de muchas oportunidades y experiencias, YOGA como muchos han escuchado y visto, saben que el yoga es una disciplina en la que cuidas tu cuerpo, mente y respiracion . Desde hace unos meses he estado practicando este nuevo estilo de vida y me ha resultado, cambias completamente tu percepcion de las cosas.
El yoga tiene incontables beneficios. Cualquier cosa que puedas estar buscando, mejor manejo del tiempo, liberarte de la ira, comunicación efectiva, o creatividad en el trabajo, el yoga es la respuesta. La práctica de yoga tiene inmensos beneficios no solo para el cuerpo sino también para la mente, así puedes disfrutar de un perfecto estado de salud del Ser.
Espero que les guste y practiquen estan disciplina que les ayudara muchisimo en cualquier situacion baja o alta por la que esten pasando
