Shaun, hi, new on steemit. Approved after 2 weeks!

Our future "looks" bleak, I have been researching lately. discovering strange things about the world I never knew. Sometimes, it's so absurd.

aghhm...

So...
I am awake!
OK, what does that mean. Well, in my view being awake is being conscious of your surroundings. You could say it means being more conscious than others.

If you can slap yourself awake, you will be able to see through the superficial aspects of your experience.

The problem most people face is that they feel scared or inadequate in the face of any change. For example, when attempting to have a cold shower, or not, most people will react to the cold by strengthening their belief that hot is better.

The truth is that you should embrace the cold, imagine yourself as big enough to weather it. You have to have confidence in order to experience the difference.

The reward for braving the cold, comes in the form of resistance to future experiences. Cold keeps getting more pleasurable.

A better example is Kombucha, a drink I regard highly, my family don't like it, and it does have a unique flavor. But after a while the taste became pleasurable, not because of its ingredients but because I created a good mental attraction to it.

I will post photography and link music I like, so you can have a more interactive experience. I am excited to see what the steemit community thinks.

Just like we discussed temperature, try to experience a different set of musical flavors and topics. It is very important that we engage with different things in high regard, then you get to experience an entirely new world.

Never do one thing, or do things in one way. Try to change constantly to get the greatest range of life you can possibly experience.
