These art tactics play a significant role in maintaining or increasing physical fitness and overall health and disease-free conditions. There is no age limit for exercise. Every person needs to exercise at least morning and evening twice, from adulthood to old age. It keeps body and mind fresh and strong and also contributes to physical well-being.
Benefits of physical exercise
The benefits of exercise to prevent various diseases by improving efficacy of the immune system are given below:

  1. Physical exercise reduces the risk of type 2 diabetes.
  2. Increase the supply of oxygen to the human body. Exercise in a pollution-free environment.
  3. Reducing disease-pest increases life expectancy.
  4. Regular exercise reduces excessive fat or excess fat in the body.
