The Launch of @imusify :: An Open-Source Music Community on Steemit

Are you ready for a new Steemit music movement?

We are excited to announce @imusify - a place where musicians can gather and meet, collaborate, help and share their music!

With @imusify, we want to create an open-source music community, which is motivated by something we all have in common: music.

imusify helps to enlarge and intensify the music community on Steemit

imusify’s mission, is to provide an open-source innovation space for developing new means of music distribution, consumption, and engagement. imusify is building a smart music economy to allow for the direct exchange of value between artists, fans, and other stakeholders, giving our community the power to control the future of the music industry.

What does that mean for the imusify community on Steemit?

• Meet: We want to create a place on Steemit where musicians and fans can find one another.
• Collaborate: What is music if it's not shared? Even if it is still in the creation phase. Are you a guitarist looking for angelic vocals? Or the other way around!
• Help: Are you stuck on your new song? Can't figure out what tune is next or what goes nicely as a next sentence? Share your worries and let us and other Steemians help you out! Peer-to-peer sharing is an important key value to a community and we want to trigger and embrace that. We want to keep you motivated to keep creating tunes!
• Curate: Obviously, we will not only watch you guys do amazing things, but will also contribute the best way that we can. May that be giving tips, commenting motivation and enthusiasm or an upvote!
• Share: Share your achievements. We love to read and hear all about them! In addition, we love to put the community into a spotlight.

We want to support musical Steemians through upvotes, providing feedback and promotion through our Steemit page.

@imusify will be searching and rewarding musicians for their contribution on Steemit as well as offering a place to talk, discuss, vent and question. That open-source community? Right here! We listen to our people to offer them the best.

Searching through different tags such as #music #openmic #dtube #dlive #dsound and, of course, #imusify. We aim to find good content and to reward the artists for their contributions. We'll also post regularly to check in on our community to see how they are doing, what is going on and how we and other Steemians can help you.

While doing that, we shall also be pursuing partnerships throughout the music industry. May that be with fellow Steemians or outside of the Steemit World.

WE ARE IMUSIFY. All of us are. Everybody can be a part of imusify. But just to give you a heads up about who are the people at the other side of the screen.

Together with our team, we will be happily active on Steemit. We want to experience the combination of crypto and music, first-hand and upvote crypto-music enthusiasts to encourage them even more to make or listen to amazing music.

We are personal and organic on Steemit. We are not an instance, we are a person. We are you. We are imusify.

We are planning to post multiple days a week asking about your goals, gains and pain points. What can we or other Steemians help you with? What do you need to reach your goal?

• Tuesday Goals: What is your goal this week? What are you working on this week? What do you want to accomplish? What do you need to reach your goal? Share it with us!

• Collaborate Thursday: Are you a guitarist looking for angelic vocals? Or the other way around! Dig down in the comment section and find whatever you are looking for.

• Sunday Collections: This is what the music community has been up to this week! We will make a summary of some amazing Steemians who shared a piece of their skill and heart. It's Sunday - let's sit back, relax and enjoy Steemit's finest.

Steemit and beyond!

In the future we would love to even increase our engagement through posts and new concepts. Think of small competitions or jam sessions!

Also, obviously the @imusify community shouldn't be a one-way street. We want to hear, from you too, how we can create a better place!
