Introducing ManAboutHair, how I reversed my hair loss and hopefully you can too!
Hello all, my name is Adam McAnirn, I am 32 years old and from Northern Ireland. I have only just learnt about ‘steemit’ recently and thought I would jump in feet first.
I have been losing my hair since I was in my mid 20’s and have recently taken action to try regrow as much as possible. I am wanting to blog all my findings around possible causes of male pattern hair loss and solutions I found that worked for me. The below photo is the before and after efforts of around 3-4 months of me taking a holistic approach to health and hair recovery.
I still have a good bit of regrowth left so my plan is to keep you all regularly updated as to my progress.
I will be taking a specific topic each week and fleshing out the details e.g. nutrition and its impact on hair loss. If there are any specific topics you want covered first please leave a comment and I will try start with the suggestions!
