Hello I'm New To Steem And Want To Succeed!

Hello, my name is Tim with @openlinestudio and I wanted to introduce myself. I hope that this platform continues to grow, as I have just found it for myself. I think the steem powered platform is an amazing concept, and I'm excited to be a part of it. Any and all help that you guys can offer me, I would be grateful for, and I hope I can help others in the near future. I am a husband and father of 3 with a full-time career so all of my research and articles will be done in the evening. I was a career minded person with a single goal in mind, get money. Then in 2012, my son was diagnosed with cancer and I shut down my business to spend time with my family. My wife and I spent 3 months in the hospital starting the day he was suspected of having cancer. You may be able to imagine this left no time for running a business. The next thing I did was spend time learning about rooting phones then Linux computing with my son. We had a great time with our hobbies until I started working again in 2013, but this time it was for a small company, not myself. Now I am trying to find a supplemental income for a little extra cash, so I guess we will see.
