My name is Swanette Kuntze. I help people and organisation to develop their vision for a holistic and sustainable future and also to manifest this vision in a humanity-plus-business. I work as a Business Coach and Facilitator to support people in their personal growth and organization in the transformation.
My background is in Chemical Environmental Technology. I am an Engineer in this field and worked as a consultant. I also studied economy and business coaching, NLP, Design Thinking and a lot more. For more than 30 years my focus is on human ecology, social innovations and sustainability.

My strengths are:

- I call myself a „t-shaped-professional“ with a deep knowledge about human-ecology and also a wide spread understanding of processes and pattern. I can easily see structures and connections behind the szene.
