And my adventure begins!
My turn for an "introduce yourself" post.
I got my account approved yesterday, so I can finally join the movement after lurking around for a bit! I am in the process of teaching myself web design, and I am hoping steemit can be a good place for me to connect with others while I perfect my skills. Well, I'm really starting from scratch, but hopefully I can pick up some resources and connect with others at the same time!
I'm not too big on selfies, but my dog was happy to join.
My plan now is that I need an excuse to post my progress as I go to keep improving. So, I've also started a website to give myself a place to show off my progress, even if for a while I just keep it to myself. My goal is that a year or so from now, I'll be competent maybe in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Wordpress.
I guess we'll see how it goes.
