Il lavoro che ho condiviso ieri sugli studi dei moti e delle turbolenze ad opera del grande Leonardo Da Vinci mi porta a proseguire la ricerca sul movimento e i giochi di forze della natura.
Così, quasi in una forma analoga di narrazione come lo è la scrittura creativa mi sono messo davanti ad un foglio bianco cercando attraverso l'immediatezza dell'esecuzione, di trovare stimoli e sensazioni per raffigurare un paesaggio onirico, con i 5 sensi.
E allora, sogno di correre dentro di esso, disegnando con gessetto sanguigna su un cartoncino bianco in un viaggio rapido nella fantasia, senza pensare a cosa o perchè, ma lasciandomi guidare da sensazioni libere, muovendo la mano e giocando con il gessetto tra le dita.
Senza ripensamenti mi butto nel vortice, tra turbolenze naturali e desideri di tracciare segni di vita.
La bellezza e la difficoltà di questa tecnica è la stessa dell'acquarello, non devi avere ripensamenti, non si cancellano i segni o le pennellate, puoi solo scurire e dare le ombre, guai a cancellare diventerebbe il più sporco dei disegni.

Ci aiuta il grande Genio a capire ciò di cui parlo.
Come scriveva nel suo "Libro dI Pittura" "La vera scienza si identifica proprio con la scienza di pittura: la quale (la pittura) è prima nella mente del suo speculatore, e non po’ pervenire alla sua perfezione senza la manuale operazione"
Questo concetto è un emblema del rapporto stretto che deve sussistere tra teoria e la pratica, e quest'altro vergato con la poetica tipica di Leonardo lo rafforza:
"Quelli che s’inamorano di pratica sanza scienza, sono come li nocchieri ch’entran in naviglio sanza timone o bussola, che mai hanno certezza dove si vadano..."

Noi artisti visivi dobbiamo avere delle certezze, la nostra creatività ben lungi da una visione normale delle cose, deve avere basi solide su cui poggiare, emozioni, sensazioni, suoni e odori.
Dubbi, certezze, estro, ma anche tecnica.

The work that I shared yesterday on the studies of motions and turbulence by the great Leonardo Da Vinci leads me to continue the research on the movement and games of forces of nature.
So, almost in a similar form of storytelling as creative writing is, I put myself in front of a blank sheet looking for the immediacy of the execution, to find stimuli and sensations to portray a dreamlike landscape, with the 5 senses.
So, I dream of running into it, drawing with chalk on a white card in a quick journey into the imagination, without thinking about what or why, but letting me drive by free sensations, moving the hand and playing with the chalk in his fingers .
Without thinking about it I throw myself into the vortex, amid natural turbulence and the desire to trace signs of life.
The beauty and the difficulty of this technique is the same of the watercolor, you do not have to have second thoughts, you do not delete the signs or brushstrokes, you can only darken and give the shadows, trouble to cancel would become the dirtiest of the drawings.

The great Genio helps us to understand what I'm talking about.
As he wrote in his "Libro dI Pittura": "true science identifies itself precisely with the science of painting: which (painting) is first in the mind of its speculator, and not to reach its perfection without the manual operation"
This concept is an emblem of the close relationship that must exist between theory and practice, and this other one with the typical poetics of Leonardo reinforces it:
"Those who fall in love with practice without science are like the helmsmen who enter the ship without a rudder or compass, who never know where they are going ..."

We visual artists must have certainties, our creativity far from a normal vision of things, must have solid foundations on which to rest, emotions, sensations, sounds and smells.
Doubts, certainties, inspiration, but also technical.
