Hello to all the Steemians, I am writing to you today to inform you that despite the markets registering negative quantities, the projects that are valid and that have reason to exist going forward. I'm here to talk to you about this. The CooperFelix - Multiservices Project is taking shape, since the day of the positive communication (1)"^Source we have not stopped, the hope that the project has a mediatic resonance is strong, not just advertising, but above all sensitization and sensitivity towards our Mother Earth. As usual, the various forms of credit presuppose a basis that unfortunately is not always available, my grandfather used to say: "money goes where there is more money", a way to say that when you do not have the basics even if the intentions are the best you risk to stand still at a standstill. However, despite the many discouragement reasons, we do not stop, between an examination at the University and attendance, we are negotiating with owners of different premises just to choose well and make the place a welcoming and functional place, but also big enough to be able to keep the various equipment not bulky. What remains a hard rock to overcome are the legal fees to be incurred to constitute the cooperative society, among the various legal representatives prices are accessible yes, but by already well-placed entrepreneurs who plan to form a new company, certainly not affordable by three young and willing boys who saw in the project a springboard for their expectations and goals. we do not give up, we are in the process of negotiation, about to sign the legal act. very soon we will present our Brand here on Steemit hoping that users deepen and contribute to making this World a place where to live in the wellbeing of all and reducing the polluting factors that harm the flora and the fauna of the Planet.

Salve a tutti gli Steemians, vi scrivo oggi per informarvi che nonostante i mercati registrino quantità negative, i progetti che valgono e che hanno motivo di esistere vanno avanti. Sono qui per parlarvi proprio di questo. Il Progetto CooperFelix - Multiservices sta prendendo forma, dal giorno della comunicazione di esito positivo (1)"^Source non ci siamo fermati, la speranza che il progetto abbia una risonanza mediatica è forte, non solo pubblicità, ma soprattutto sensibilizzazione e sensibilità verso la nostra Madre Terra. Come al solito le varie forme creditizie presuppongono una base che purtroppo non sempre è disponibile, diceva mio nonno: " i soldi vanno dove si trovano altri soldi", un modo per dire che quando non si hanno le basi anche se le intenzioni sono le migliori si rischia di restare fermi ad un punto morto. Tuttavia, nonostante i motivi di scoraggiamento siano diversi e numerosi, non ci fermiamo, tra un esame all'Università e la frequenza, siamo in trattativa con proprietari di diversi locali proprio per scegliere bene e rendere la sede un posto accogliente e funzionale, ma anche abbastanza grande da poter custodire le varie attrezzature non poco ingombranti. Ciò che resta uno scoglio duro da superare sono le spese legali da sostenere per costituire la società cooperativa, tra i vari rappresentanti legali i prezzi sono accessibili si, ma da imprenditori già ben piazzati che abbiano intenzione di formare una nuova compagnia, sicuramente non abbordabili da tre ragazzi giovani e volenterosi che vedevano nel progetto un trampolino di lancio per le proprie aspettative e obiettivi. non demordiamo, siamo in fase di trattativa, in procinto di stipulare l'atto legale. molto presto presenteremo il nostro Brand qui su Steemit sperando che gli utenti approfondiscano e contribuiscano a rendere questo Mondo un luogo dove poter vivere nel benessere di tutti e riducendo i fattori inquinanti che ledono la flora e la fauna del Pianeta.
