むぎ茶パウダーというものを分けていただきまして
シフォンケーキを作ってみました。
ほろ苦く、コーヒーのような、もっと優しい味です。

ですが‼️

なかなか自己主張が激しい食材ですね。
なんでもむぎ茶味に変えてしまいます。

他には、食パン、ドレッシング、いろいろ作ってみようと思います。
楽しみだな♫
