Today I was off. I went out for running in the morning.
今日は仕事が休みだったので、朝からランニングをしました。

As it became much cooler, I was able to run 30 km comfortably.
だいぶ涼しくなったので、快適に30km走ることができました。

When I finished the running at Minatono-Mori Park, "Kobe World Festival 2019" was held there. As the festival had just started, there were not many people.
みなとの森公園でランニングを終えた時、公園では「神戸ワールドフェスティバル」が開催されていました。まだ始まったばかりだったので、人は多くはありませんでした。

And in this evening, I went to the usual gym to do a hypoxic training. My legs felt very heavy because of the fatigue from 30 km Running, but I managed to increase my heart rate enough.
