Dried boiled fish sauce Chinese noodles! And, wonton is delicious ramen shop!

There are lots of shops where the victory shops divide the curtains, but this is a genreally "Eifukucho line".

煮干しの効いた醤油中華麺！そして、とろーりワンタンが絶品のラーメン屋！

大勝軒は暖簾分けのお店がたくさんありますが、こちらはジャンル的には"永福町系"

Wonton Chinese noodles are recommended!
The soup has soy sauce taste with dried boiled fish.
Lard is less than other shops, it is light.

Wonton has about 6 small ones. Because wonton is delicious, the food advances.

ここは、ワンタン中華麺がオススメです！
スープは、とろみがあって煮干しの効いた醤油味。
ラードは他の店よりは少なめで、あっさりしてます。

ワンタンは小ぶりのものが6個ほど入ってます。
とろっとろのワンタンで、どんどんいけちゃいます。
わたしはこのワンタンがとても好きです！

Noodle is medium.Boiled firmly, soft.
Is not it too soft? I think, this is good for here!

There are also raw eggs, you can eat eggs with noodles like sukiyaki.

麺は中細麺。
しっかり茹でてあり、柔らかめ。
柔らかすぎなのでは？と思う方もいるかもしれませんが、ここはこれがいいんです！

生卵もあって、麺を卵につけてすき焼きのように食べることもできます。
これやってる人、結構多いです！

The amount of noodles here is large.
Chinese noodles are 2 balls. Wonton noodles are 1.5 balls.
