[募集！]DaVinci Witness Project (Utopian)の日本語翻訳チーム
この一週間ほぼ毎日タクシー帰りでまたなかなかSteemitを覗くことができませんでしたが本日こちらをご案内したいと思います。
昨年ご紹介しましたDaVinci Witness Projectですが、このプロジェクトのスタッフさんから早急に日本語チームをスタートさせたいとのご連絡をいただき再度のご案内となります。

DaVinci Witnessというプロジェクトにおいて、現在翻訳者(Translator)もしくは言語ごとに翻訳チームをまとめるリーダーの役割のLanguage Moderator（LM）を募集しています。
DaVinci Witness Projectとは
オープンソースソフトウェア（OSS）プロジェクトを支援するUtopianというサービスにおける翻訳カテゴリの委託を受けているグループとなります。

Utopianとは
サポートを必要とするOSSプロジェクトをカテゴリに応じて何らかの形で支援することにより報酬が支払われるプラットフォームを提供しており、steemitの中でもかなり大きな影響を持っているグループとなります。

Utopianの翻訳カテゴリにおいてDaVinci Witnessが委託を受けてからいくつもの言語のチームがオープンソースプロジェクトの翻訳活動にあたっています。
どのチームがどれだけの活動をしていくら報酬が支払われたかは@davinci.witnessがアップデートしていますのでぜひ確認してみてください。

Payoutsを見るとSteemitへの投稿の報酬としては高額ではないかと思います。
Translatorは文字通り翻訳によって報酬を受けますが、LMは翻訳のクオリティチェックや各種問題の対応などを任され、基本的に翻訳報酬はなく、モデレータ報酬をいただくことになります。
応募にあたっては、私のこの記事：DaVinci Applicationのように、以下の内容をカバーしてsteemitに投稿します。
投稿の際にはTranslatorかLMのどちらの応募か、もしくはどちらの応募でもあることを明記する必要があります。
- Give a brief introduction of yourself and your occupation
- State the reasons for applying LM or Translator for DaVinci
- What qualifications or expertise do you have in your native language?
- Any experience in Utopian? Give us references.
また、下記のフォーマットに沿って投稿します。
- 1st paragraph: Introduce yourself (the above 4 points) into English
- 2nd paragraph: Translate the introduction to your Native Language
- Links / Samples of a previous translation work
- A URL link to either You-tube / Dtube / mp3 voice over - Read the 2 paragraphs (English + Native Language) for identity verification
- First Tag in your post: # davinci-application
投稿に関する詳細はDiscordの#job-application-roomにメッセージがピン留めされていますのでサーバーに参加して確認してみてください。応募したあとは#job-application-roomにそのリンクを投稿してください。

応募についてはDaVinci Witnessのスタッフがレビューし、LMかTranslatorとして適切なスキルを有しているかを判断して選ばれます。
また、翻訳の際にはCrowdInを利用することになりますので、こちらにも登録する必要があります。

本件応募して、チームの方とお話ししていたのですが、私にはリーダーシップがなさすぎてLMは向かないだろうし、@yo-yoさん帰ってこないかなとぐだぐだにしてしまっていました。翻訳だけでしたら参加します 😊
