松下幸之助の名言を味わう・Let’s appreciate famous sayings of Konosuke Matushita

みなさま、こんにちは！　今日は、あの有名なパナソニックを一代で築き上げた経営者である故松下幸之助さんに注目してみたいと思います。パナソニックは、旧社名が松下電器具製作所、松下電器製作所、松下電器産業です。経営の神様と言われているほどのすごい人です。

人には燃えることが重要だ。
燃えるためには薪が必要である。
薪は悩みである。
悩みが人を成長させる。

商売でも勉強でも何でも、人は行き詰った時に成長するのだと思います。どうしてもやり遂げたい事ができないとき、人は勤勉になるものです。必死に研究もするし、資料も集めるにちがいありません。簡単な例で申し訳ないのですが、私はフライパンでお好み焼きを作ることができるようになるのに半年かかりました。そのお好み焼きは広島のお好み村のものより美味しいと自負しております。どうしてうまくいかないのか原因を究明すべく徹底的に研究したのを覚えています。

いくら熱心でも、
ムダなことやったらいけませんで。
それがムダかどうかは、
あなた自身で考えなさい。
これはムダなことかどうか、
一つひとつ検討しなさい。
必ず無駄なことをやっているに違いない。

ただの自己満足でやっている行動ならムダなことをやってもいいかもしれません。しかし、受験生であれば、試験に合格することが目的なので、限られた時間を使ってより効率的に勉強し、合格を確実なものにしなければなりません。ビジネスであれば、お金が儲からなければ意味がないのです。いつまでにどのくらい稼ぎたいのか明確な計画を立てて無駄なことは切り捨てるべきだと思います。

失敗の多くは、
成功するまでにあきらめてしまうところに、
原因があるように思われる。
最後の最後まで、
あきらめてはいけないのである。

チャレンジするものによっては、私的には早めに諦めるのもひとつの策だと思います。成功するためには己を知り相手を知ることが肝心。資格試験であれば自分の頭と相談。極端な例を出すと、私が今からどんなに頑張っても弁護士にはなれません。しかし、出来る、と信じて始めたことに関しては、それなりの可能性を秘めているわけですから、あきらめないで頑張るべきですね。

Hello. Everybody! Today, I will talk about late Mr. Konosuke Matushita, who built up that famous Panasonic in his lifetime. Panasonic’s former names are Matushitadenkiguseisakusyo, Matushitadenkiseisakusyo, matushitadenkisangyo. He is the legend we Japanese worship the Shinto deity of management.

 

It is important for a person to have a burning sense of mission.
We need firewood to burn something.
We compare firewood to a worry.
A worry makes a person progress.

 

In business, in study, in any case, when a person gets stuck on something, he can progress. If you couldn’t do anything even though you do want to achieve it, you will come to work hard. You will research on it, and I’m sure you will collect documents related to it. I’m sorry for a simple example, but it took as long as 6 months to complete a perfect Okonomiyaki on a frying pan. I feel proud that my special Okonomiyaki is more delicious than a Okonomiyaki in famous Okonomi restaurant in Hiroshima city. I remember that I studied very hard to find out the reason I couldn’t cook a delicious Okonomiyaki,

 

Even though you are so zealous,
You must not make wasted efforts.
Think by yourself if it is wasted or not.
Go through step by step if it is wasted or not.
You must be doing wasted things.

 

It may be OK to do wasted thing if you are doing it for your self-satisfaction. However, if you are a student preparing for an exam, your aim is passing an exam. So you must make your study more reliable and more efficient with limited time. As far as a business is concerned, unless you can make money, it is meaningless. When you make a business plan you should include the following : by what time you want to start making money and how much of it you want to make. You should get rid of unnecessary things.

 

I think that most of failure is attributed to giving up.
People gives up on the way to success.
Never give up till the thing is over.

 

Depending on a thing you challenge, I think it is a good way to give it up early. It is necessary to know both yourself and others in order to succeed. As for a qualification test, needless to say, it is impossible for me to pass a judicial examination. But if you start something believing that it has possibility to succeed, you should continue it.
