名前があまりにあれですが
東彼杵郡東彼杵町の「大川豆腐店」の豆乳スイーツ
東彼杵の名産「彼杵茶」を使ったお茶味のプリン。彼杵茶、名産とはいえまだまだマイナーな存在なようで、長崎県以外では知名度内容ですがすが。ちなみに「彼杵」は「そのぎ」と読みます。
ベースは豆乳プリンのようで、プリンそのものに甘みはほとんどなし、甘みは添付の黒蜜で。
甘くない分、お茶の風味がしっかりと効いてます。あと口がすっきりとした感じ。
ちなみにスタンダードな豆乳プリンは豆乳そのものを固めたような、プリンのような舌触りのお豆腐、といった感じの味わいです。。
