"Paga by Bernard Paganotti" (1985)
Bernard Paganotti is a French guitar player of Algerian origin, (born in 1950 in Oran), famous for having been a member of prominent zeuhl music bands, of which we can mention Magma, Weidorje and Cruciférius. Paganotti's musical style is found in the coordinates of the seventies jazz rock, heavily influenced by the music of Christian Vander and his minions of the planet kobaia; especially for the albums released in the late seventies, Üdü Wüdü (1977) and Attahk (1978) ... The talent and creative energy of this great guitarist, can be appreciated and enjoyed through the album "Paga" (1985) from the Paga group; band founded by himself, Bernard Paganotti after the separation of Weidorje. The work has the collaboration of almost all members of the dissolved Weidorje, and we could musically describe the album as a cutting-edge jazz rock that takes the best of both bands, the space zeuhl of Weidorje and the dark opera of Magma ... = )
