I had a job offer for 11% more salary and didn't take it

and I'm kicking myself now. I would be starting my new job this week with the investment bank in a fund accounting supervisory role, for between 6 and 7 euro extra per day for every day of the year, a 11% increase on the last 2 years and it was 15 minutes at least shorter per day and it paid overtime.
I have depression and anxiety so this is what put me off moving, as I would know nobody in the new role and would feel very lost and alone for a long time I fear.

Still though my company delayed pay rises this year and it made me think why am I loyal to them at all?
