Sapporo has finally arrived the festival season of early summer!
Ramen show to be held this time every year is one of them.
札幌もようやく初夏のお祭り時期がやってきました！
毎年この時期に開催されるラーメンショーもそのひとつです。
Ramen shops that are better all over the country will continue to host eight stores in the latter half of the first half.
全国各地のよりすぐりのラーメン店が前半後半8店舗ずつ軒を連ねます。

First of all stores will purchase a common ticket.
まずどの店舗も共通のチケットを購入します。
Choose your favorite ramen from the store that you are opening and line up in each booth.
出店してる店舗から好きなラーメンを選び各ブースに並びます。
Last year I knew it was going to be a big line from opening to lunch, so I went to around 13:30 when I shifted my lunch, but still it was a one hour waiting time under the sun
去年は開店からお昼までは大行列になるのが分かってたので、お昼をずらし13時半くらいに行きましたがそれでも炎天下の元1時間の待ち時間でした💦
So this year I tried to arrive later at 15 o'clock.
なので今年はさらに遅い15時に到着してみました。
As expected there was no waiting time for ramen!
さすがに待ち時間なくラーメンにありつけました！
Last year I made rich chicken white ramen, but I chose the Onomichi Ramen in Hiroshima where the locals are close.
去年は濃厚鶏白湯ラーメンにしましたが、地元が近い広島の尾道ラーメンをチョイス🍜
Because there is no shop in Onomichi ramen in Sapporo, it was nostalgic.
札幌で尾道ラーメンのお店がないので、懐かしかったです😄
I will take this kind of place to eat.
こういうイートスペースで頂きます。
Sapporo of today was cheerful enough even for a short sleeve.
It is definitely a beer on such a day, is not it!
今日の札幌は半袖でもいいくらいの陽気でした☀️
こんな日には間違いなくビールですよね🍺
It is good to go and shop with lots of people because there are lots of stores that are opening stores and will be replaced in the second half of the first half.
出店してるお店が沢山あるのと前半後半で入れ替わるのでたくさんの人数で行ってシェアするのもいいですね🤗
Starting with the ramen show, the lilac festival and the wine festival were held from today.
I would like to introduce you again.
ラーメンショーを皮切りにライラック祭り、ワイン祭りも今日から開催されてました。

As far as I can remember, Hokkaido ramen is much stronger in flavour and comes with some butter on top.
I tried this ramen shop once, was just a street across the hotel. But I cannot remember anything about the taste.

Sapporo's miso ramen often has butter.
The ramen I ate today was Hiroshima noodle. It is a festival where various taste noodles are gathered from all over the country.

そういえば北海道のラーメン屋は、あまり知見がないから、調査に行きたいところ！

北海道で開催されてるから「北海道のラーメン」なのかと思ったら！
全国各地から来られるんですね！
確かに複数人で行ってシェアすると良さそう(*´◡`)
そうなんです。毎年色んなお店がやってきますね（´ω`）
わたしは仕事の合間に寄ったりだから1人なですが、見てるとあれもこれも食べたくなるし4人くらいで全員違うの頼んでとか、見てでも楽しそうです。
ラーメン大好きなので、うらやましい♪
毎日日替わりで2週間楽しめます（´ω`）
