Most parents miss giving their children a chance to play sports that are of great importance to the child and help to develop his physical, mental and emotional abilities and acquire many skills.There are many sports that the child wants and is a source of pleasure for him.And deprive them of many consequences, including football, swimming, karate, basketball, etc.

The game of football is the first step that helps the child to know how to cooperate with his friends in the team and join hands with them to get a win that represents children joy and pleasure, which gives them confidence in themselves. The most important achievement of this game is to teach children to work collectively in addition to fitness.

Time to train the child for about an hour and a half with a break every 20 minutes The child drinks and returns until the baby is not stressed.

The best age for a child to play this game is the age of 6 years

The game of football must be loved by the child, and then the importance of making sure his parents about his health, Is it suitable to do this game or not? Does he suffer from any disease he can not do this game, Finally, he should not be too fat because he can not run easily, and the child should not suffer from poor vision because weakness of sight does not fit the game of football.
