Chilling in Kobe part3
It was exactly because of the great transport infrastructure in Japan that I could get around to various parts of the country in mere hours without even taking a flight.
Getting around Kobe is a similar affair in which tourists can simply make use of public transport to get around. While in China I would often opt for a cab ride around town, Japan is a different ball game. The taxi prices are much higher in comparison and sometimes it’s just much easier to grab a train or bus to get to a destination. Lots of money can be saved this way and for this reason I made sure to strategically pick my place of stay near a direct transport link. Being connected is the most important thing while getting around in Japan and it certainly makes life easy in the long run.
