빗소리

사나흘
젖은 바람 흐린 하늘
그대여
새들은 세상을 버리고
모두 어디로 날아갔을까
불안한 시대
퇴락한 기억의 배면으로
시간이 해체되고
쇠약한 머리맡을 적시며
강물이 흐르는 소리
저 혼자 흐르는 것들은
저 혼자 흐르는 것들대로
눈물겹고
아름답지만
그대여
세상은 거대한 추억의 공동묘지
낭만이 소각되고
사랑이 매몰되고
남아 있기를 소망한 것들은 모두
흐르고 흘러서
다시 돌아오지 않으므로
잔인한 슬픔이 된다
아느냐
선잠결에 일어서는 빗소리
갑자기
치통 같은 아픔으로
그대 이름 되살아나서
미치겠다
귀를 막고 돌아누워도
좀처럼 날이 새지 않는

The Sound of Rain

into the backside of dilapidated memories
the sound of flowing river
wetting my weakened bedside

where romance is incinerated,
where love is buried,
things that desired to remain
became cruel sorrow
as they flow and flow
never to come back.

the sound of rain waking up from a catnap?
As the agony like toothache
your name revives
driving me crazy.

Midnight,
closing my ears and turning over
never make the dawn come earlier.
