Neriman Nerimanov

Neriman Necefoghlu Nerimanov was born in the 1970s. This great personage, born in the Tbilisi, marked the history with its own path.

In 1908 he graduated from the Medical Faculty of the Medical University of Odessa Navorossiysk Imperotor. In addition to theater and concert activities, Nicat also made literary activities. As one of the members of the Iranian Social-Democratic organization, he helped politically and internally the Iranian revolution. In 1906, his article named Heyat was published. In 1908 Baku wanted to open a hospital, but was not allowed. After being imprisoned at the premiere of Meteh in 1909 and for 6 months since being followed, he was exiled to Hesterhana.

In 1914, he prepared his literary work titled "Critic Nights". In 1917 he was chairman of the Bolshevik Organization of Humans Organization, in 1918 he became the leader of the magazine El Hayat and head of the Baku City Economy. The town of Baku is one of the founders of the city's deputies. In 1918, he was treated at Palli Hospital, Tinaki, Hierberhana. Soon he continued his social and political activities in Heshterhan. Here he guided the health administration branch of the herbi-political commissariat on Muslim affairs of the Hesterhan province, director of the educational branch of the Heshterhan province, and the head of the affairs of the Muslims of Zogafgaziya. He was invited to Moscow and held office as the director of the Near East branch of the RSFSR. In 1920, he was elected as the director of the Azerbaijan Revolution Committee and Azerbaijan SSR HKS. He made important duties in the preparation and functioning of the first congress of the Eastern peoples. He was elected to the Notification and Activity Council of the Eastern Peoples. He took part in the Soviet delegation at the International Conference in Italy in 1922. In 1922 he was elected Director of the SSRI.
