Hallo liebe Steemians,

ein Bild vom Mond oder von einem anderen Planeten? So scheint es zu sein. Dies ist mein heutiger Beitrag zur #landscapephotography Challenge. Ein Sonnenuntergang hinter einer schneebedeckten Landschaft, aus Lavastein geschaffen und aufsteigender Dampf. Was ein Anblick? Island ist voll von Überraschungen, großartigen Sonnenuntergängen und Wasserfällen. Nahezu auf der gesamten Insel wird die Energie aus der Erde gewonnen. Die vulkanische Aktivität im Bereich des Myvatn Sees ist besonders hoch. Ein Besuch in Hverir, des Viti Kraters und des Geothermalkraftwerks Bjarnarflag lohnt sich.

This is my photo for the weekly Tuesday contest #landscsapephotography.

A picture of the moon or another planet? It seems like it!!! A sunset behind a snow-covered landscape, made of lava stone and rising steam. What an incredible view!? Iceland is full of surprises, great sunsets and waterfalls. Almost on the whole island the geothermal energy is used to power the houses and so on. The volcanic activity in the area of Lake Myvatn is particularly high. A visit to Hverir, Viti Crater and Bjarnarflag Geothermal Power Plant is worthwhile.
