🦄THE TWELVE APOSTLES - MY ENTRY TO THE #LANDSCAPEPHOTOGRAPHY TAG 🦄

This is my entry in the @photocontests daily photography contest - today's theme is #landscapephotography.

These beautiful mountains are The Twelve Apostles. They sit just behind Table Mountain on the Atlantic Seaboard, above Camps Bay, Clifton, Hout Bay and Llandudno, where all the model beaches are (you will know what I mean if you and I chat on Discord!)

Formally known as the Gable Mountains, then Cape Governor Sir Rufane Donkin renamed them in the 1820's to The Twelve Apostles, as he was sure he could identify Jesus' twelve disciples in them.

Not much else is known of the history, but they are incredibly beautiful and have many hiking paths along them. The view from up there is AH-MAZ-ING.
