My lunch with my dear cat. -2

They are gentle, affectionate and as their name would suggest, are perfect lap cats. Actually they are called ragdolls because if you hold them, they would relax completely like a ragdoll would.

My favourite activity is preparing food for myself, and then taking my time to eat it. Actually, preparing food itself can be quite rewarding. Putting my mind and body to work on a task, and just blocking out everything else, focusing on this one task has a real therapeutic effect on my mood. I'm living the way that humans should, and best of all, in harmony with nature.
