The cannabis pizza combo has long been a favorite pairing for weed users. Not only has it been a favorite pairing as a snack option after cannabis users get hungry, but chefs from countries like the United States and Canada have been cooking cannabis-infused pizzas as well for years now.

Cannabis-infused pizzas have even made their way into the freezer section, thanks to an LA based company known as Stoned Oven Gourmet Medibles that started selling 6 inch personal pizzas to local dispensaries years ago for about $10 each. You can find restaurants serving them today as well and various dispensaries selling cannabis-infused pizza too.

CBD-infused pizza has also come to market in places like Colorado.

Now, it's also reported that the largest cannabis club in the world, located in Las Vegas, wants to build a pizzeria on top of their 110,000 square foot dispensary location.

Planet 13 Holdings Inc. claims to have the world's largest cannabis superstore in the world. They've already started construction on the upcoming pizzeria, along with a new coffee shop too. But don't expect them to put cannabis-infused pizza on the menu just yet.

They want visitors to be able to enjoy food or coffee even if they aren't buying cannabis.

The co-CEO Larry Scheffler has said that what they are building is a cannabis destination location that's going to be much more than just a simple dispensary. They say that they see a lot of people who come to see the store who don't purchase any cannabis and they hope that that the pizzeria and coffee shop etc are going to help to service that customer, aside from also offering more options for those who are purchasing cannabis to find even more.

Seems appropriate, somehow, that it would be Vegas that would have"the world's largest" of something, once again. Still, it's nice to see the cannabis industry come out in the open. I'm not fond of the "corporazation" of everything, but for the moment I'll take it as a way to further the benefits of cannabis, independently of the old "it's just for stoners and drug addicts" image. I just hope the small independent operators don't get crushed in the process...

Grouchy John's Coffee is my go-to when I visit family since my mom's house is right down the street. But now, I might have a new place to get my cup of joe and medicated goodies as well. Thanks for the post, will definitely have to check this place out the next time I visit.

Nice! Thanks for the info @doitvoluntarily, I honestly didn't know that there are chains of frozen foods with cannabis, it is certainly a big step.

I am a person open to everything that nature gives us, a product like cannabis, which has proven to be much healthier than other psychoactive substances should not be excluded from the market, but we should expand our expectations.
