Becoming a Lawyer

Hey guys. I have been struggling recently in deciding what kind of lawyer I want to be. I really want the flexibility of being able to work from home. I used to be an intern at the DA and I loved it but I want to break free from the 9 to 5 (or 9 to 10 in many cases) and I want to be able to spend time with my wife and kids. Does anybody have advice?
