Don’t Misuse the Power of Your Focus
Your focus is the most powerful thing you have. You can only focus on one thing at a time. And there's only so much time in a day. And so much time in a lifetime. It's really important that you think long and hard about what you're doing here and what's important to you and how you're going to improve this place while you're here.
Many humans are far too flippant about where they focus their energy. You'll focus it on whatever grabs your attention in the moment. What you create and what you focus on are directly and inextricably linked. Your life becomes what you focus on. Let's say you're an Anarchist. Anarchists will spend all day arguing in facebook groups about which type of Anarchy is Anarchy. Anarcho-Capitalism? Anarcho-Socialism? This makes no progress in the world. None. How much energy are you focusing in the hopes of converting one person from the opposite camp? You can apply this to anything in your life. Identify the problem. Take your focus off it. Solve it. Focus on the solution. You may think you're focused on the solution. Are you really? Solutions are always constructive and creative, never destructive.
Your focus is where your power is. If you knew just how powerful it was, you would be far more discerning about what you do with it. Direct it. With clear intention. Use it like a laser beam. Make sure it's really worth it.
All of us are powerful, and none of us are less so than anyone else. Look at your life and it will tell you if what you're focusing on is working for you.

Absolutely great point. I catch myself manifesting things and it is a jumble of ten sort of things and I can't really pick one. As soon as i really pick one... boom, it appears.
Yep, what we put energy into grows in proportion to how much energy we add to it.

I used to suffer from lack of focus. I want to achieve so many things! I have a bad habit of taking on too many commitments. And then not having enough time to complete any of them. A few years ago I learnt to focus on getting one thing finished. I put all my free time and energy in completing my second book, 'Chemical Serpents: Symbols of Illumination'.
I wasn't cured of lack of focus however, it was just the start. I am improving all the time. I am learning to share my projects and responsibilities. Maybe a friend will do a better job of some project and I can let it go and focus on what I'm good at, for example...
I focus on a lot of things, too. I have to narrow it.
Lately I have managed a laser-like focus on developing @blockpress, and a lot of progress has been made. When I come back to some of the projects I shelved, BlockPress will actually prove of benefit to them too, which is good.
