This generation will be "FOLLOWERS" or "FIRST MOVERS"?
What i mean by "Followers" and "First Movers"?
One thing is for sure in this world and that is, we had and have less Leaders and have more Followers. Leaders silently take all the steps which push their life's ship towards forward while facing all strong tides (Obstacles) but they never stop, and in my opinion and i believe that leaders never say I AM A LEADER but while exploring the actions of leadership others will call someone as Leader who hold the qualities of Leadership. And true leaders always believe in First Move because they hold the self belief and they know what they want and how to reach towards their ultimate goals and leaders never wait for the right time instead they turn a moment into Right Moment.
And whenever i truly want to experience the essence of Leadership then i truly dive into the Self Introspection to understand the Ancient Times because in current phase we have access to all the Information but in my opinion they hold the Genius and Great minds who come up with the right clues to life when there is no access of Information and still our Ancient people put the right missing piece to this whole puzzle of life that's why today we are standing here. And in my opinion sometimes Imagination is really vital than the Reality because we can see this in this way, in reality we can see the face of all the Implemented Steps and in Imagination we can find the missing steps which will going to help us into the Transformation.
Being followers is absolutely fine but we should not become Blind Followers. If we blindly follow then failure can knock the door any time because every individual should be Analytical when it comes to their reality because if we analyse things then we can understand what is on the right path and what is not and you can remove all the aspects from the path which are not going according to the plan or which is not serving your Ultimate Goals.
You are the own course of Leadership.
Everyone have the leadership quality but it depends upon how much we are brushing it up because leadership is not the aspect for a moment because when we apply leadership then it brings some Responsibilities with it and this is the time when one individual proves his/her true leadership qualities and when we call someone or put someone on the chair of leadership then that means that they tackled everything and came this far and also while reaching hear they showcased ways for many to reach their dream paths.
Many want to be leaders and want to lead their life towards greater positions but, most of the time people wait for the right time and situation but in my opinion there is nothing like right time and situation because whatever we hold as thoughts are born through our perceptions so, we have to hold the positive perceptions to make our time and situation right all the time.
Participants or Creators?
Both these aspects are Correlated and incomplete without one another. And creators always inturn create particular Economy where participants join and make it more valuable and inturn step by step this Percentage Of Participants and Value will attract masses and then particular Economy will attain more abundance which is combine efforts of Creators and Participants because no matter which aspect, Duality is present.
Are we entered into new reality and dimensions?
In my opinion, in this time Humanity is feeling new Energy levels or we can say that may be we are experiencing New Dimensional Change. And every change brings its own Pros and Cons, but we have to put our thoughts towards positive side so that collectively we can take Humanity towards the state of abundance, peace and love.
And i think that these are the times when we will going to see numerous leaders who will lead their life towards their own passion and at the same time will inspire others too follow their passions and that inturn can lead to a situation and position where we will going to see abundance of leaders on this planet.

Hi @chireerocks, just stopping my on my PassionSeven77 curation plan to upvote and check out your amazing post.
I completely agree with what you'r saying here in general. This is the difference between the doers and the followers in this world. However, in my opinion I see that the problem on steem at the moment is that their aren't enough consumers/curators of content for the amount of people creating on here. It is something that will change with mass adoption as the masses onboard and many of them will just want to earn through consuming their favorite content. At the moment we have a community full of people that mainly want to be leaders.
But I agree completely with you in what you say here, everyone has the oportunity to lead, its just a case of the right idea, right timing and the will to push your dreams forward to reality. The duality of that New Dimensional Change you mentioned 😉

As per my experience on Steem Blockchain i can say that, we don't have many consumers because this is Tokenise world and very different from other Centralised Platforms. I may be wrong but i want to give here one example and that is, in this Economy, we can see the Stake Based Content Consumption and that means, not in every case but it's there and if you have more Steem Power then you will experience more Engagement. It's nothing wrong because everyone wants to grow and want to empower themselves but in this process low stake holders with high quality contents are left behind most of the times.
Time will change and slowly Steem is becoming niche based Economy and different Dapps can on board users now and that means niche based users will going to join and niche attract more users. And there is no Economy with flaws but every time we should try to improve one aspect to grow from where we are standing at this moment.
Everyone is leader but at the same time everyone will not be because, if we lead when there is no need then that's waste but when we lead our life or whole community in critical times which hold huge impact that's the true leadership because when the challenge is tougher then you can spread the light of true leadership.
