Born or situation are the requirements for a leadership role
Sometimes leadership may comes informs of a situation or it may also comes informs of born but it only depend on the quality individuals proceed within their environment, at times situation can bring out a leader or you may born to be a leader and each of this are the only requirement for a leadership role.
A situation leader is not the one that sets visions alone, but he that sees and converts a short term situation to a lifelong opportunity by purposefully setting ideas in motion and make sure he used every opportunity that comes there ways.
If we can all actually look from afar and make ourselves ready, but seeing closely the opportunity in situations before it becomes glaring to others is the only thing that distinguish a situation leader from an ordinary boss because both of them seems to be the same but they are not for once related.
If you are born to be a leader, then they are proceed a some basics quality right from there birth and up to the level being call upon for community development service, they know more than everyone, they have high ranks to that of a situation leader but what make situation leader better is that it has a thousand of people around but only that one good head is better than many.
Finally, once you have the quality that beyond every reasons and you work hard to make your society more comfortable then you are really to be called a leader and each time community need a problems solver they will not think twice before calling you to the community service.
