Yeah a good leader needs to really understand how his or her followers,a good leader needs to have the superb psycholgical skills to be able to know what his or her followers desire and want from his leadership....

A good leader must be willing to learn from his r her followers too,,a leader needs to have self-confidence and be able to make decisions and stick firmly to it but that do not mean he or she cannot listen to the opinion of his or her followers......
