Positioned For Growth II.
In life, we all want to grow. We all want to be better than the person we were. We all seek improvements and a better life. These desires and lifestyle we seek for are not without a price. In life, you may not get what you pay for, but you will surely pay for what you get.
This post seeks to address the things we need to do, so we can bring about or birth the increase we desire. How do you position yourself for growth?.
Everything that must be great must be growing. Greatness cannot start in a vacuum; it is called growth. It must start from a minute state and keep growing.
What sets people apart from the crowd and conditioned them for the growth that is to come?

1. Be an intentional learner.
Still on this point;
When you choose to be an intentional learner, you seek to know everything or most things. You seek to know because of the added knowledge it gives and also the value it adds to others.
There are times when you shed light to people's questions, you feel excited knowing you have shed light to someone's confusion. I don't know how others feel but when someone feels better after i am able to proffer a solution to their questions, i couldn't express the joy from within. This is what seeking to learn does to you.
Be an intentional learner, not just for you but for the sake of others who might run to you to get answers. Always probe things.
I will know your level of humility by the acceptance of those whom you can learn from. A lot of people try to lord it over others thinking they are wise, or better still, they want others to see them as wise and they are nothing short of an empty vessel with no capacity to hold any reasonable wisdom. Your level of humility is determined by the acceptance of those whom you can learn from; either high or low, small or big, little or great. Everyone has something to add to you even though some have a terrible way of passing it.
Age is no guarantee for maturity. A 5 year old can teach you a valuable lesson in words, conduct or actions than a 35 year old who is hell bent on showing how wise he or she is.
Be as open as possible when it comes to learning. We are all learning as we grow and go through life. Life is not just for one person, so be an intentional learner as you don't know what people have in store to teach you.
