Practical, Unique and Affordable 实用、独特及能以支付

The people today need to keep learning so that they can continue to be effective in what they are doing. However, not many people keep up with their learning though they are faithfully doing their job. Therefore, there should be programs that they could sign up for continuing education.

As I am somewhat involved with adult education, I feel that what people more likely sign up for have to be practical, unique and affordable.

Being practical, it means that the course is applicable rather than just theories. People like to learn something that they can apply, if not, the learning is perceived as a waste of time or irrelevant.

The course being offered has to be unique among many courses available. Indeed, courses are now offered by different groups. What attracts people is something unique. If it is similar to what are already available, there is not much reason for people to be enrolled.

The course must be affordable for people in terms of time and money. If the workload of the course demands a lot of time, it is difficult for those people having tight schedule. And also if it is too costly, some may be deprived the opportunity of learning because they can’t afford financially.

In a time like this, it is imperative to have courses which are practical, unique and affordable to enable people to be effective in their respective fields.

人们今天必须持续学习才能够有效的进行工作。然而，尽管不少人忠实地做好自己的工作，但是他们却没有继续学习；因此，这一类人有必要进一步受装备。

由于我有参与成人教育，我觉得人们更有可能会接受实用，独特和负担得起的课程。

“实用”即意味着该课程可以应用而不仅仅是理论而已；人们必竟喜欢学习他们可以应用的东西，如果發现缺乏应用性，有关学习则被认为是浪费时间或不实際。

所提供的课目在已有的课程中必须是独特的。实际上，今天有不同的团体提供各种课目。如果一个新课目与现有的相似，那么人们就没有太多理由要再接受多一个类似的课目。

在时间和金钱方面，人们会选擇自己能够负担得起的课程。如果参加某个课程需要付出很多时间，那么就会令那些时间紧迫的人很难参与。而且，如果费用太高，有些人可能会因为无法负担而失去学习的机会。

在今天的时代，我们或有关团体必须拥有实用，独特和负担得起的课程，以促使人们能够在各自的领域继续学习及发挥作用。
