Zuppardi's Apizza

On Friday night my family went to Zuppardi's Apizza for a few delicious New Haven-style pizzas. Zuppardi's serves up some of the best pizza in an area known for some of the best pizza in the world.

On this trip we ordered 3 different pizzas. My little niece Madison was eyeing the large cheese pie, as you can see in the photo below.

I enjoyed a nice Do-Si-Do New England-style IPA with dinner. It's brewed locally by No Worries in Hamden, CT. It was a juicy and hazy beer for sure.

One of my favorite pizza topping combinations is sausage and hot cherry peppers. It's spicy and full of flavor. Below is a picture of a slice.

Zuppardi's makes a really good Buffalo Chicken Pizza. It can be ordered with or without red sauce, but I prefer with. They serve it with blue cheese and ranch dressing for dipping. It's truly one of the best Buffalo Chicken pizza's around.

Overall, Zuppardi's is definitely the best New Haven-style pizza outside of the city of New Haven. It's been family owned and operated for many decades and continues to bust out top notch pies.
