I am a consultant in the area of ​​Human Resources (RR-HH), two days ago I was called by the president of a company with which I worked in the past and after withdrawing I have continued advising, because of that, Yesterday I met with a group of workers of that company that according to are those who are giving problems, but after listening to each one, I even had to listen to some in private I could reach the conclusion that here the problem is the workers, here the problem is the new Manager who does not have qualities of Leader , does not know the concept of leadership only acts type "Wolf Feróz" screaming and frightening his workers.

Human relationships basically consist of power, hierarchy and domination, it is for this reason that it can be perceived in various areas such as family, friendship, work or even school, there are individuals who are capable of carrying reins of the particular group, although it is generally these individuals who comprise the leadership in most of the areas mentioned in regard to their life. These individuals are called "leaders" because they are competent to deal with any type of situation, they make informed decisions without actually mistreating, offending or humiliating any other worker-individual.

Leadership has always existed, we can say that leadership is vital in any area of ​​life, which in turn makes it transcendent for any business or organization, since even, an organization with poor planning can survive with the presence of dynamic leadership.

The role of the leader consists mainly in directing and leading the way towards the achievement of the objectives. A leader feels the need to help, to prepare others, to seek excellence, to be able to influence the rest of individuals.

Today, most organizations have deficiencies in the handling of practical solutions, even though they should be prepared because the current system deserves it.

It is of real importance to have flexible, confident, charismatic and empathetic individuals, capable of guiding planning.

I always feel that Leader is the one who influences other individuals in the measure that you live your life, decide and act. We must be transformational leaders deepening in the intrinsic motivations of each worker-individual. Creating changes in the behavior and attitude of their followers, changing their vision and obtaining in them the necessary commitment to achieve the objectives of the organization.

Managers should bear in mind that the most valuable Capital they can have in organizations is the Human Resource, which represents the vital axis of them.

A Leader is not the one who exercises the most authority, you can govern the world but you do not really Leadership. There are qualities that define a good ** Leader **: wisdom, good judgment, patience, trust, respect, tolerance, empathy, self confidence, diplomacy and humility.
