I am not very sure what's the plat of the game, but seems like a post-apocalyptic world with mysterious creatures that aren't zombies.

And then Reedus's hazmat suit thing is powered by... a baby?!

Shit. I haven't been playing much games recently, but this definitely has gotten me intrigued!
