Two different eggs from the same egg carton?
It is always a surprise to see two different coloured egg yolks in the one carton when one first cracks them open for omelette making. Such a sight generates entertainment for the early morning, one that generates a little conversation in the kitchen.
Why should we be surprised really? Each chicken lays different sized eggs and different coloured eggs of course. Difference is everywhere, it makes the world go round, it adds to the colourful diversity of life. How boring it would be if everything and everyone were the same? Thankfully this is not the case. No two people have the same DNA, the same personality or the same perception of reality, we are the same little clones walking around.
But with difference to really work there has to be acceptance and tolerance. Just imagine a world of peace and love? I hope this comes in the near future.
All this philosophising has come from two eggs!
